Lug+Carrie is Australia’s leading premium e-cargo bike subscription business company. The objective was to implement field service lightning within the salesforce portal. The portal will help manage all the communications through automated notifications of various types and functions allowing for a single source of information.
Challenges
Operating on manual processes to create cases for new subscribers.
The key consideration for implementing the new solution will be entirely based on the past processes, automate them and apply the business rules along the way.
Identify the current business processes and business rules from across the business to solve online via automation and removing redundant steps.
Solution
Build a process that does not add complexity to Lug+Carrie systems, that’s easy to manage the day-to-day operations and does not create usability issues between the website and/or Salesforce.
Impact
The new advisory solution allowed us to automatically create cases and dramatically reduce the workload and efforts required during the creation of records.
